  Grules is a tool for publishing GIS content on the Web. The GIS of choice is GRASS (www.geog.uni-hannover.de/grass/). Its can link graphical properties (colours, textures, labels) of the objects in your maps, to variables in a database. Wow... something moves after all. A new version is ready... with a lot of changes, something may even work.
