Commercial product, the packages that make "groupware" you have to pay for monthly per user such as the Projects module. Undisclosed anywhere up front especially on the SourceForge site Disappointing Sourceforge allows this to go on. It would be like Microsoft posting Excel as open source but you couldn't use formulas and you would find out after installation.
