PNG library for reading and writing of PNG images in combination with a TBitmap32 class from the GR32 library.

Thanks for providing this - it is a welcome addition to Graphics32. I use it fequently as PNG and Graphics32 are such a natural combination. There are a couple of other PNG solutions for Graphics32, but this one is (IMO) more stable. Works in threads too.
