This avisynth filter use GPU to compute the multipassable bilateral filter. Useful for removing the noise from highly compressed anime.

Correct spatial size. That's mean spatial size in version 1.2.b is equal to spatial size from previous version -2. I.e. spatial size in version 1.2.b = 9 will equal to spatial size in previous version = 11.

1. Support all Planar format such as YV12, YUV etc. 2. Seperate GPU process to GPUBilateralEngine.exe. See ShortInstruction.txt for installation note. 3. Program structure look more OOP. (due to complete source code rewrite)
