Had the same issue. Once I looked at the php code I found I had to point it to the getgooglemap.php file on the phone. *Not* the displaymap2.php like on the Windows version.

The error recieved when installing the .jad file is:
Error starting GPST2 $2e0: Module 'GPST2 $2e0' has verification error 1836 at offset 0811
This is the original .jad file and the compiled .jad file. the .jar files work just fine, however.

I have installed the application on the phone and configured the server "http://www.domain.com/displaymap2.php", when I visit the URL, I get the sample data in the website, it seems to be working OK there. The problem is on the phone, I think. After a few minutes of running the application, I get:
GPS.getLocation:
java.lang.NullPointerException
I was not able to install using...

I can contribute code that makes GPSTracker phone app support much wider range of phones.
In particular, it works with phones w/o Location API (JSR-179), with GPS via Bluetooth.
Are you interested?.
