Fixed bug causing a segmentation fault when starting the program, due to a missing gpsconf.conf file. (Thanks to istein Aanesen for pointing out this!)

The program now installs in /usr instead of /usr/local, to make the graphics work properly.

GPS Configurator 0.1 is now released to the public.. it's still quite "buggy", but it serves it purpose as long as you do things in the right order..
