Google APIlity PHP Library for AdWords

It looks like Google will switch it API over to v2009 "by early 2010"
and sunset v13. APIlity v13 is a client library that runs on top of
the Google's API, and so I'm wondering if this change over will
require a new APIlity library upgrade? Does this also change how we
make request through APIlity in our code?

OR (gee, this would be great) nothing will have to change!

There is also an APIlity 1.14 (v14), is that version compatible with
the Google API v2009?
