I managed to port from keyring to iPhone msecure app. It has almost all the keyring features and at a great price. (not free though)
To port entries from keyring to msecure:
1. export keyring to csv file (see http://gnukeyring.sourceforge.net/conduits.html)
2. run mbackup (http://www.msevensoftware.com/mSeven_Software/mbackup.html)
3. edit your csv file in Excel and replace the 1st column...

I recommend using the java based KeyringEditor as modified by Peter Reutemann. Make sure that you use the "-all-records" command line argument, i.e.,:
java -jar keyringeditor.jar -all-records /folderwithDb/Keys-Gtkr.PDB. See:
