  I ought to point out to people looking at this project that it's mostly dead now. When I get a Linux/BSD system back up I might start work on it again (ie, porting to GNOME2, etc); but that doesn't look too likely right now. Being in full time art school education is time consuming and requires me to do a lot of artsy doodles. If anyone would like to take on the project, I give full permission; I'll come back and help out whenever I possibly can. Cheers, Alex.
