It appears that the tarball for 0.06 contains
Gnats.pm version 0.05, and no changes have been
recorded in Changes for this version. The CVS
archive contains the changes to 0.06, something
which further indicates that the packaging of the
0.06 release is messed up. Perhaps roll a 0.07?.

When a PR contains a string like this (I've indented the string by four spaces please ignore this):
>Comments: our customer freaked out
blah blah blah and then he said
> I won't take this any longer!
The ">Comments:" is a legal field, but the "> I wont" will be used in a split.
An even worse example:

>To: all@madmen.com
