Uprising 2 does not work with the current glide2x, like the original uprising (which does work) it initialises glide after the mission loading screen.
Hopefully this can be amended, i was quite appalled by the fact the fastvoodoo guys used a passthrough dll for the glide2x.dll in their drivers.
