GlGuiA - Pre-Alpha, early code glguia-0.0.3 file released: glguia_0.0.3.tar.bz2

* Splitted OpenGL-related specifications.
   * Removed GLUT and switched to Glfw for low-level windows and events
     managements.
   * Much better fonts handling, and added basic decorations to texts.
