Most of the (visible) issues should be fixed now. I don't intend to fix the clash with
port? though, and some of the deprecated interfaces we use are also not going to be fixed
as its just too much work. So as of 2.0.2-rc1 remaining issues won't be fixed unless they
cause build or runtime failures.

Interestingly Glame itself does not ship with these LADSPA plugins but uses its own plugin
system. The derived LADSPA plugins are possibly maintained elsewhere.

This should now be fixed with the 2.0.2-rc1 pre-release which contains the fixes from CVS.
