GKAuth::VoIP Call management

this seems to be a smarty problem.
please check if smarty works properly.
tips:
- smarty can write into cache and template cache directories
- smarty can create directories in template cache directory
- if creating directories are not allowed, smarty can be reconfigured (search for create_directories or similar constant in smarty.inc.php )
