  Lots of high end features at a great price of FREE. Mac OS X Tiger users should read the instructions before giving a thumbs down about not having X11. GIMP is natively written for Linux/Unix, so X11 is absolutely essential... and get this: The X11 software is on your Tiger CD! Holy cow! Problem solved! BTW, works just fine on my Macbook with Leopard.

  Thanks guys, really good project. I am using 2.6 version in windows 7... and works without problem.
