GIMP Massive Package

This is GIMP Massive Package ----------------------------------------------- source code for GIMP can be found at http://sf.net/gimp-win/files/ ftp://ftp.gimp.org/pub/ The src directory contains some source code for major parts you want it. This package is not (yet) officially associated with the GIMP project. I just make this package available for people who need it. I do not have a mac to do development on. so I try to do my best that I can to make mac stuff with what I have. macs are expensive, and I don't make a lot of money. My main focus is on PC-oriented development, but I make this available for Mac folks who need a little something more than plain old GIMP, and they don't want to spend the time visiting 100 or more odd web pages downloading plugins and finding out that the page they visited is the wrong one, etc. when you insert the cd you burned, if you have autorun working, it should automatically start the installer. if it does not, open up my computer and go to your optical drive and expand it. look in the root directory for something like GIMPMassivePackage-2.6.11-12-setup.exe and double-click that. if you can't find it, then you burned the cd image as a file instead of as a cd image. that won't work. get some help so you can learn how to use your cd burning program. each one is a littlwe different. there are a few burning programs which can't burn ISO cd images, but not many. for your reference, ~ on *NIX systems ia the user's home directory. on windows, this would be %USERPROFILE% as an environment variable. but on *nix systems it is actually a directory name, you can do cd ~ and it will go to something like /usr/home/joeplotke/ PLUGINS manual installation (required for mac, not necessary on windows) ------- about share.zip file.txt -->READ or ignore. engrave_0.scm -->~/.gimp-2.6/plug-ins/ EvenTone_0.scm -->~/.gimp-2.6/plug-ins/ exe-plugins.exe -->IGNORE exe-plugins.zip -->IGNORE Eyeball_0.scm -->~/.gimp-2.6/plug-ins/ fake_dri_0.zip -->~/.gimp-2.6/scripts/ gimp-2.0-share-locale.exe -->IGNORE octave-plugins.exe -->IGNORE octave-plugins.zip -->unsupported in this version, and I don't know where they go: ~/.gimp-2.6/scripts/ or ~/.gimp-2.6/plugins/ pl-scripts.exe -->IGNORE pl-scripts.zip -->~/.gimp-2.6/scripts/ plug-ins_1.zip -->~/.gimp-2.6/scripts/ PostRotateCrop.scm -->~/.gimp-2.6/plug-ins/ PostRotateCrop.txt -->IGNORE PostRotateCrop.zip -->IGNORE py-scripts.exe -->IGNORE py-scripts.zip -->~/.gimp-2.6/scripts/ quick-sketch_0.scm -->~/.gimp-2.6/plug-ins/ scm-scripts.7z -->you can use if you want scm-scripts.exe -->IGNORE scm-scripts.zip -->~/.gimp-2.6/plug-ins/ share.zip -->GIMP program's share/ folder, probably in /usr/bin/GIMP-2.0/share/ maybe? Beech and gradients go into ~/.gimp-2.6/gradients/ sheep01.gih and brushes go into ~/.gimp-2.6/brushes/ palettes go into ~/.gimp-2.6/palettes/ pats go into ~/.gimp-2.6/patterns/
