Geomorph is a height field generator and editor for Linux, designed to work with POV-Ray. It features subdivision tools for generating surfaces, with fine control of frequencies, transformation tools like eroding, cracking or stratifying, and a pen for raising mountains or digging valleys. An interactive OpenGL preview is also provided. Geomorph 0.50 provides a new integrated interface, a "Fourier Explorer" dialog for applying Fourier transforms to terrains, some interface improvements for performance or user-friendliness purposes and many bugfixes. It has also been adapted for the x64 platform. New documentation pages have been added, which appear on the web site as well. The web site presentation has also been revamped (http://geomorph.sourceforge.net). Geomorph 0.50 can be downloaded here: http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=103254&package_id=110874
