GeoMondrian is a "spatially-enabled" version of Mondrian (http://mondrian.pentaho.org). GeoMondrian brings to the Mondrian OLAP server what PostGIS brings to the PostgreSQL DBMS, i.e. a consistent and powerful support for geospatial data.
Last revision of the project compiles without any problem. It perfectly works! GeoMondrian is a corner stone in a GeoBI infrastructure. Mixing spatial and analytical queries is a must and has never been done before in such an efficient way. Documentation should be improved, it is true.
It is very useful making analytical processing inside maps and the developed of it kind of components for the community of open source projects.
- last revision is completely broke (not all the code committed? reference to missing classes of the Mondrian source lib) - no documentation at all - no separation of the geo-mondrian library from mondrain
