  Did some minor Web Site changes, and major new release with updated JPEG, PNG and TrueType font support.

  Version Cycled to 2.0.1.6 Some time since the last release :( Update the Web Site pages a little for clarity. Exported missing gd functions for returning Image size: ImageSX, ImageSY Included True Type font handling functions. Revised Binary Image output for the new JPEG and PNG image types.
