oh i see. that's unfortunate, since that folder is obtained by reading the APPDATA environment variable. there must be some conversion somewhere.
to workaround, you could specify a different folder with the -userdir parameter.

I am French and for example a Windows user account name as "Céline" take problem. When installing the software everything is fine at the first setup, I change the nickname in "Celine" and everything goes well. Gazzera installs files in: "C: / Users / Céline / Roaming" but the problem is that Gazzera created a folder "C: / Users / C_line" So when I try to...

Thanks for the report.
Gazzera doesn't accept accented letters within the nickname. But it uses the user account name as a default for it.
Anyway, you should be able to get to the "setup" screen, aren't you? There you can change the default nickname assigned.
Let me know if it works.
Note: if the screen doesn't appear you can force reconfiguration by starting the program with -reconf...

Hello,
I wanted to install the software to a friend but when trying to install Gazzera P2P on Windows with an user account with accented letters, it does not work, it is impossible to run the software.
I do not have exact error message but that's what I concluded.

Hello ! This error disappeared when I remove my folder share and I re-add this same folder.

Thanks for your reporting. Could you copy all those numbers and letters? a screenshot is ok. You could also try and set the log level at ERROR or WARNING and see if something appear in the logs.
