    Ok, FYI, there is also a "Pax Runner" which makes it extremely convenient to launch any framework you want, for instance to make sure that *your* bundles run on the major platforms. Pax Runner also have a feature known as "Profiles", and one of the standard ones launches a Spring DM environment, another Pax Web (for serving Http, incl unmodified war files and JSP) and so on. So a simple commandline is all you need to know and what you need is loaded for you.

    Sorry for the plug on this list, but I think Pax Runner is a great asset to pure KF2 users as well...
