  01/14/2008: v0.1-5 + added option for adding black borders round the video (expand) + put aspect info back as dvdauthor lacked it..... + better constructing MEncoder cmd + creating .tgz and .rpm packages, enjoy 06/12/2007: + inserted 'autoaspect' instead of 16/9 or 4/3 as it seems to keep the a_ratio correct - removed 'expand' from menc encoding * fixed vbitrate value so that resulting mpeg is not bigger than specified DVD size
