Works great. Version 0.0.7 makes it complete for all practical purposes.

Running in OS X 10.6.2 with MacFUSE 2.1.5 (Beta) and fuse-ext-0.0.7 with great success so far. Attached an ext3 volume via an iSCSI Initiator and then used fuse-ext2 to mount it. Have not tried rw yet, but so far happy with ro. But, rw will be a requirement if this is going to be a long-term proposition.
