Changes to the readme.txt, added installation help. Added compiled demo to the end user installation. Added NSIS installer to the developer package since it is used to build the end user installers. Re-worked comments in the source so that the auto generated help might be a little more useful. < still not useful! > Added a place holder package directory for D7, I havent installed D7 on the build server yet so the directories are empty. Cleaned up want build scripts. <still more work to do >.
