Upgraded 0.16 to 0.18 now PHP broken

    I am running Ubuntu 8.04 and I did an upgrade from 0.16 to 0.18 and now PHP is broken. If I try to run any PHP from this web server it prompts me to download and save the file or find an application that can run it.

    Any ideas?
