If the mirror outline is rotated by 180 degrees the
fit crashes. Adjust initial fit parameters to handle
this more gracefully.

It would be nice to be able to quickly flip back and
forth through zone ROC graphs of subsequent measurements
to evaluate the effect of figuring strokes.
(Suggested by Russ McWhirt ).
It would be even nicer to be able to superimpose
said graphs from multiple measurements on a single plot.

The foucault-examples.zip file contains a project file mirror.foucault, with several images already loaded and defined. Unfortunately, the directory separators in the image filenames are windows specific, and do not work under linux. I was able to get around it be doing a global search-and-replace on the pathname, swapping to the other slash, but maybe separate project files for windows vs...

The script foucault.sh, extracted from the top level jar, does not work properly on j2sdk 1.4.2 on Linux. The -classpath option should either be -cp or --classpath, and the various jar files should be separated by colons (:) rather than semi-colons (;).
