For users and users accounts we plans and have done following features:

Users:
[ ] registration of an account
[ ] activation via e-mail
[ ] antispam field in reg. form
[ ] icq, e-mail, msn etc. in profile
[ ] deleting own account
[ ] password changing
[ ] nick / username (login name) will not be the same (for better security)
[ ] signatures (will NOT be visible in posts)

Admins:
[ ] banning, deleting, editing & pre-registering accounts
[ ] changing account status [ ACTIVE | PENDING ]
[ ] changing account competence
