FlowVR Suite 1.5 is released. This version supports a stable version of FlowVR-app (C++ application description language) FlowVR-VRPN enables to use VR devices in your application using VRPN library
We are happy to announce the release of the new FlowVR stable version. We now provide two packages validated on Both Linux and Mac OS X: - FlowVR-Suite that contains everything (flowvr, flowvr-render and vtk-flowvr). When compiling this package, cmake will figure out what can be compiled on your machine, compile and install it, without stopping if, for instance, you do not have VTK installed (but in this case vtk-flowvr won't be compiled of course). - FlowVR package containing only FlowVR. This new release comes with numerous improvements: - Cmake support replacing previous hand written Makefiles. - flowvr-glgraph: an interactive graph visualizer based on OpenGL - various simples examples that are easy to execute: flowvr-demo-tictac.sh flowvr-demo-fluid.sh flowvr-render-demo.sh vtk-flowvr-demo.sh - VTK 5.0 support - various bug fixes - an on-line documentation updated to reflect these various changes We hope you will enjoy working with this new version. The FlowVR Team.
