I discovered a bug with the new Callback mechanism that resulted in no callbacks being invoked when the new style callbacks were used. There was also a defect in the tests that caused them to pass despite the fact that no callbacks were executed. Both problems have been corrected.
The defective 2.0 release has been recalled, and replaced with a 2.0.1 release.
