Flashlight-VNC

I am a newb and I have no idea how to set up the policy server. Can you provide a slightly more detailed help on this please?

Also, your FAQ states that

"Configure Flash Security Sandbox (look for "flash security settings" on the Internet) or host the swf on a HTTP server on the computer running the VNC Server"

I did just taht; hosted the SWF on the same machine as the VNC server and tried loading the FLViewer from a different machine as well as the same machine that runs the VNC and the host SWF and still a black screen. What am I doing wrong? Thanks
