First things first is a wonderfull system which helps my work as a manager become much more organized. The features which enable it to archive your achieved tasks are most helpful, as is the fact that you can specify your own lists! Also very useful is the fact that you can use the same list with more than one person. This way you can use it to communicate with colleagues over the project you are all working on or you can use it to give an assistent tasks, which you can easily manage from a distance. Especially in a working (management) environment an excellent tool!
