Frequent disconnections when transferring big number of files, the history doesn't work, and the UI have strange limitations. I don't have those problems with gFTP under debian, by example.

Great project! Love you FileZilla, I just moved from wordpress to my own server & trust me FileZilla is very simple, fast & easy to use if you are a newbie.
