Reads accounting log created by CAR, searches for defined fields in the ticket, and sends to syslog in specified format (and tries not to die doing it). Combines logger(1) and tail(1). Any kind of feedback is welcome.

Added -b option to define delimiter (default is |). Added missing check for existence of keyword file. Added fix to make -f and -k options mandatory. Cleaned old logs. Changed license to original BSD license. file2sysl has been tested on i386 and SPARC architectures running FreeBSD 6.4, 7.x and Solaris 10.
Added -k option: Keywords to search for are now defined in an external file provided by user (previously code had to be changed to add/remove a keyword) Added -s option: simulate behaviour of logger (each line that matches is sent to syslog) Added -l option: user can select facility to log with
