The endnote export option is only in the fez trunk code at present, but if you are keen you could adapt it into your code now, or wait for the next fez release package (no release date is currently set, but it won't be for a month or so).

You can get the filter file from the svn here now: http://espace.library.uq.edu.au/fez_endnote_filter.enf
