• Telugu Festival 0.3.3 Minor Release

  festival-te is a Telugu text-to-speech system based on Festival TTS synthesizer. This minor release ensures that channel encoding is set correctly when using festival with gnome-speech library. This is achieved by setting the coding parameter in voice description to UTF-8. It is to be used with gnome-speech &gt; 0.4.0
