When fetching from one of my IMAP accounts (named "keks") fdm quite often prints the error message "keks: invalid response: 3 NO Invalid mailbox name.". Here a log that contains a bit of context:

Should be fixed now, although I used LC_ALL instead of LANG. Please test and let me know of any problems.

My GCC prints a German version information that doesn't contain the string "gcc version 4" but "gcc-Version 4" which leads to wrong compiler parameters and a failing build. Adding LANG=C to that command in the makefiles fixes the problem.
