Hi,
I made some modifications on this project to use the autotools and the pkgconfig tool.
I provided a snippet to include in a user project's configure.ac
The code runs fine on linux, Cygwin and NetBSD.
However, I couldn't figure how to set the proper lib extension (libezV24.so.1.0 for now),
the headers are placed in "include/libezv24" instead of "include/ezV24"...

This patch is somewhat an ugly fix to be able to compile ezV24 on NetBSD.
Rather than reporting no serial ports, it will assume 4 serial ports, /dev/tty00 to /dev/tty03.
