ezFax easily provides an Email to Fax gateway for Win32 Fax. ezFax lets you send an email by Fax. Enter the phone no. in the 'To' address(Ex.FaxNumber@XXX.com). You can fax an attachment and directly from MS Office or Acrobat Reader and so on.
