It works, but needs .NET Framework 4 installed (an optional Windows Update for XP, but I believe it comes standard on Windows 7?) It is also slow when dealing with many thousands of files and uses a lot of memory. However, it is much faster than going through them by hand! Therefore, I can recommend this program. In particular, I used it after using photorec to recover files off of a dying hard drive. So I'm left with a thousand folders with 500 files each and I just want all the .jpg files in one place. This does that perfectly.
