ExecROM is a program that allow you to execute ROM files on a real MSX (from MSX1 up to MSX Turbo-R). XPCtools is a set of tools written in C, to create and maintain XPC patch files on a modern desktop (Mac, Windows, Linux, etc).

vr 1.2f - The /T option is now executed after the XPC patch is applied, because the new routines the patch added may also include MSX type verifications. - The patch routine now updates the megarom size variable if the patch extends the game size.
vr 1.2d - support to Japanese Charset using the /J option. /B option will be ignored on this mode. - support for external palettes for MSX1 games, besides CoolColors. If a file ROM_NAME.PLT is found, it will be loaded as a palette. - The file format is R G B R G B ... One byte for each color. In other words, is a 48 bytes file (3*16). It is possible to use the /K option to inhibit the load of external .PLT file. vr 1.2e - Fixed the bug that caused problems on applying big XPC patches under MSX-DOS1. - Changed palette format to 4bits/color, as used by the VDP, MSX-BIOS and GraphSaurus. - Adjusted the help text to fit better on 40 columns.
