• EVO converted to open-source

  This project is fairly mature already, and I've stopped developing on it. However it can be very instructive as to the workings of the classical GA for someone new to it, and so I've decided to release the source code to the community. The reasoning is that it can be inspected and perhaps improved, but I don't intend to personally develop any more major features. The current version is 1.0, and I believe this to be a stable, relatively bug-free release. I'm happy to have this project no longer collecting dust on a forgotten harddrive, and hope that there will be some benefit to be had here.
