Enterprise Monitoring, Windows Systems

Hi,

I'm trying to deploy your EventCollector for a medium size ISP. It looks ideal for collecting events to a central MySQL db. One slight problem which I don't know how to resolve:

"DBI connect('database=w32eventcollector;host=localhost','eventcollector',...) failed: Client does not support authentication protocol requested by server; consider upgrading MySQL client at PERL2EXE_STORAGE/GminFuncLib.pm line 22"

I'm using bang up to date installations of PHP & MySQL on a Windows 2003 server. Which MySQL client is it that requires upgrading? I'm pretty much perl-illiterate unfortunately, especially on Win32 (PHP is my preference). Is it a perl library that needs upgrading? Do I need to grab something from CPAN?
