Forgot to mention this: ./configure --prefix=/home/replayir/addserv/exile/ && make && make install
Is the configure line, make note that --with-ircd=nefarious was not included and caused this loop error.

Could it be added into NickServ's code of when a user does "/msg nickserv set autohide on", the user will be given user mode +x when set? Seems silly that a user would have to reconnect just to make it take effect.
