A Matlab toolkit for analyzing ERP datasets, especially PCA. If you run into a problem, please send me a note and I'll fix it. The tutorial is in the documentation folder and the tutorial data is a separate download (tutorial data.zip).

The EP Toolkit is absolutely essential for our cross-lab work on ERP ontologies and cross-lab analysis and integration of ERP data (http://nemo.nic.uoregon.edu/). The tutorial pdf is very thorough and easy to follow.

The tutorial documentation is in the downloaded zip archive. Look in the Documentation directory for a file called tutorial.pdf.

I think this project has potential, however with virtually no supporting documentation or forums (that are actually used) it is very difficult to get the hang of. I am struggling and can't even find the tutorial documentation others have spoken of. It would be good to know what EP toolkit is expecting when importing .mat arrays.. can't seem to get them to load properly because I have no idea how the program wants to receive my data. It probably does it's job well, but unless you're the chief programmer or use the proprietary data formats as your input files, good luck working out how to use it
