As of 20 October development has been on the way of EPPA. For now EPPA uses the SWT library as a visual layer, libSBML as a method to load pathways and the alpha application has been tested on linux and windows. The biggest challenges lay in getting libSBML working surprisingly enough. For both Windows and Linux it give me a huge headache. At a further release I plan on making specific documentation on how to get libSBML up and running for use with EPPA. The first next step is to introduce Jfreechart so we can create graphs and plots of the pathway and its interactions. If you feel like helping out and have some spare time on your hand, developers are welcome!
