emule Xtreme is an eXcellent emule client. Very stable. Have used for several years and highly recommend. It does a very good job at balancing uploads while allowing upload rate significantly above the standard emule 4 kb/s -- also does a excellent job with security and with getting rid of aggressive leeches. Excellent download speed. Many user options not available in the standard client -- easy to setup, use and understand.

Very good. But the final stable download speed is always 5% lower than VeryCD Mod. Have no idea why it is so.

the best emule (free dl speed) mod in my mind: try it and you'll not regret your choice. Not too much preferences but enough controle to share your data.
