Many commands include a timestamp in the returned output. Stating the server UTC/GMT offset with this would be helpful.
A client could then translate output into local time, very useful.
Or possibly much better:
Add a command to let the client to state his UTC offset and have the server calculate local time for each command
that includes a timestamp. Much less parsing needed in clients...
