Employee Scheduler

Since this script is free to modify I tried to edit some script but I don't have I idea about php scripts, and I tried to do some change in the script. The problem I cant get the good result. Can you help me guys about these part of the script?

Here what I did, and I need help what's wrong for what I did.

In That page I want to remove the other choices except for Employee and supervisor

I edited file es_sup_edit_employee.php removing some script highlighted in the figure

In the figure that what left in the script... and I saved it

And I edited the file es_lang.en.php in language folder too

In the figure is the output of what I did above, The problem is if you look at the figure seven you will notice the slot for the password was gone when I select SUPERVISOR option.. What is wrong in the script?.. kindly help me about this plz.... Thank you in advance!
