Doesn´t work on PHP 4.2.3??

    I get this error message when starting your program:

    "Your PHP version is 4.2.3 so there is not much hope of Empris working. Please upgrade to 4.0.4+ and try again."

    Tell me if I am wrong....but 4.2.3 is more actual than 4.0.4..why this script doesn´t want to run??!!
