• elcid El Cid 0.2 file released: elcid-0.2.tar.gz

  - changed format of the data file from comma seperated to tab seperated. just so happens that sometimes commas come through on caller-id. elcgi.pl and elcid.pl have been updated to handle this. - all reverse lookup queries for elcgi.pl use switchboard.com now instead of anywho.com.
